Check-in is at 4 pm. Check out is at 11 am. Our front desk staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for check-ins. Late checkout is based on availability. Please ask at the front desk when you arrive.

 You can park in the hotel loading zone in front of the hotel to unload and load your vehicle, there is a ten-minute limit. Valet parking is available for $47.90 plus tax per night. 

Yes, we are now pet-friendly. Your best pal is more than welcome at the Hotel St. Pierre. There is a $45.00 per stay fee and two pets maximum per room. We ask that your four-legged pal stays on a leash while in public areas.

No, but the French Quarter is an excellent playground for outdoor exercise.

Sorry, our breakfast is currently suspended due to Covid-19 but guests can enjoy breakfast at some of New Orleans' best coffee shops and restaurants. Ask the front desk for breakfast suggestions and local favorites for you.

The minimum age required to check in is 21 years of age. We accept major credit and debit cards, cash, and traveler's checks.

Rollaways are available for $20 plus tax per night.

Guests can enjoy the two courtyards pools at our sister hotel, Hotel St. Pierre, just four blocks from the Andrew Jackson Hotel.

Our property is a nonsmoking facility but guests are welcome to smoke in the courtyards.
