When you book directly with us, we promise you will always get the lowest price online. If you find a better price somewhere else, we will match it and give we will offer you a 10% discount on the lowest rate you found.

The Best Price Guarantee program (“Program”) is offered by Andrew Jackson Hotel, and these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) describe the Program. By filing a claim or otherwise seeking to take advantage of the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Employees of NOLA Hotel Group company not eligible for the Program.

Under the Program (as further described below), if you book a hotel room at the Andrew Jackson Hotel using any Andrew Jackson Hotel direct channel (such as a branded website, call center, or the mobile app), and within 24 hours of making your reservation you find a lower rate online for the same hotel room, number of guests, and reservation dates, and submit a qualified screenshot, we will match the lower rate and give you a 10% discount of the lowest rate you found.

Andrew Jackson Hotel reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, alter, or otherwise update these Terms and Conditions, and/or to add, modify, restrict, suspend, discontinue, or cancel the Program without notice. The Terms and Conditions that are in effect at the time of your booking will determine your eligibility under the Program. Interpretation of Program Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole discretion of Andrew Jackson Hotel.

Any disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions or the offer of the Program shall be resolved individually, without resort to a class action, and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, U.S.A., exclusively by an appropriate federal or state court located in the State of Louisiana, U.S.A.

How the Program Works:

Book

To be eligible for the Program, you must have a confirmed reservation made through Andrew Jackson Hotel direct channel, such as hotelname.com, call center, or the mobile app. The reservation must be booked using the “Best Available” search feature to find the lowest rate available for the chosen room type.

Find a Lower Rate

If you find a lower rate on an eligible, non-Andrew Jackson Hotel website within 24 hours of making your reservation on the Andrew Jackson Hotel direct channel, and it is more than 72 hours before the standard check-in time for the hotel where you made your reservation, tell us about it by either giving us a call or sending a qualifying screenshot to stay@nolahotelgroup.com. We will verify the lower rate by comparing the rate found on the Andrew Jackson Hotel's website or mobile app with the rate found on the non-Andrew Jackson Hotel's website for the same hotel, room type, stay dates, number of guests, and cancellation and deposit policy.

Here are the things we will verify when we process your claim. The non-Andrew Jackson Hotel website rate must be:

a. In the same currency as the rate, you booked through our direct booking channel.

b. Competing rate must be for the same hotel, the same type of room, same number of guests, same dates of stay, same length of stay, same guarantee cancellation and deposit policy, and be booked under the same conditions.

c. Available to the public – in other words, you are not required to sign up for any kind of membership or be part of any program, or log in to a website, to obtain the rate.

d. Available to book at the time of verification.

e. Bookable only if you provide a form of payment to complete the booking (rates that do not require a form of payment are ineligible!); and

f. At least 1% lower than the current, lowest rate available on the Andrew Jackson Hotel website or mobile app – this accounts for any rounding errors!

g. Must be at least booked and notified at least three (3) days prior to arrival. 

The Program applies only to rates found on non-Andrew Jackson Hotel's websites that meet all the above criteria.

 

Examples of rates that are INELIGIBLE for the Program include the following:

2.a. Rates that are not available to the public (such as negotiated rates, member or loyalty rates, group rates, corporate rates).

2.b. Rates that are not visible to, or bookable by, the public without additional requirements such as residing in a particular geography, using a login with a username/password, using a specific credit card, using a discount code/coupon, or that require approval/verification via e-mail or phone after payment is submitted.

2.c. Rates on websites that do not disclose the brand or hotel until the reservation is made.

2.d. Rates on auction websites or that you book using a similar process.

2.e. Package rates that include the room and other components such as transportation, car rental, entertainment, and/or non-breakfast meals.

2.f. Rates on websites that allow confirmed reservations to be re-sold.

2.g. Rates on websites that do not provide immediate confirmation, that do not result in an actual hotel reservation, or that do not provide the ability to make a real-time reservation.

File Claim: Within 24 hours of booking your reservation on our direct channel, and at least 24 hours before the standard check-in time for the hotel where you booked your reservation, complete and submit your screenshot to stay@nolahotelgroup.com. Only one claim will be processed per hotel room reservation confirmation number.

Valid Claims: If we can verify your claim, we will adjust the rate on the reservation you booked through our direct channel to the lower average nightly rate found on the non-Andrew Jackson Hotel website at the time of verification, and we will offer you a 10% discount of the lowest rate you found.

Any modifications to your reservation after a claim has been validated will prevent the benefits of the Program from applying.

A qualifying screenshot showing the time and date of the rate, the arrival and departure date, the room type, and amount of guests in the room. This would be the last step before entering payment.  Sometimes we experience website caching issues where a rate is displayed but once selected the “book now” button, the rate is not available.
